Soothing Golden Milk

Time: Approximately 5 minutes
Ingredients
1 cup whole milk (or almond milk)
½ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg (calms the nervous system)
Dash of freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp ghee or coconut oil (helps absorption)
1 tsp raw honey (add after heating, optional)
Instructions
Heat everything except the honey in a small pot over low heat. Stir gently until warm (don’t boil).
